Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Our Policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
If cancelling an order which is not damaged, defective or ordered in error you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order – we will the advise you to return your item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that your received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some of our items are exempt from being returned including:
- Commissioned or bespoke artwork
- Gift cards
- Free or promotional items

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We advise that you use a trackable service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and a refund can only be authorised on our receipt of the original item.
Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If authorised for a refund, a credit will be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please first check your bank account.
Please also check with your bank as it may take some time for your refund to appear in your account. If you have tried this and have still not received a refund, please contact us by email: email@example.com
Commissioned or Bespoke ArtWork – made to order or personalised
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of commissioned or bespoke items due to the personalised nature of the item, unless there is a manufacturing error or fault with the item. In this case please contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
